Douglas Art Gallery is a member of the Beaver County (PA) Chamber of
Commerce and the Rochester (PA) Chamber of Commerce. Artist/Owner
Elizabeth Asche Douglas is chair of the scholarship committee of the
Rochester Chamber Board of Directors. She is also a member of the
Midland Arts Council Board, and on the Guild Council of the Pittsburgh
Center for the Arts.
In order to provide you with the most personal service and attention,
Douglas Art Gallery is open by appointment only. Appointments are
arranged for mutual convenience.
PRIVACY POLICY
Douglas Art Gallery maintains complete confidentiality with customers'
personal information, and does not disclose or share it with anyone.
SHIPPING POLICY
Limited Edition and Custom Print orders have nominal shipping charges,
based on weight, using the U.S. Postal Service as the carrier to customers
in the lower 48 continental United States only. Means and mechanics of
shipping original art works are individually determined through negotiation
between the buyer and Douglas Art Gallery.
RETURN POLICY
1) All returns must be pre-authorized.
2) Returner must bear the cost of return shipment.
3) Damaged shipments must be refused by intended recipient.
4) No cash refunds.
5) Authorized returns get credit toward replacement merchandise.
REBATES
Rebate offers may be redeemed by entry of a valid code in the comment
box of an online order. A check for the promised rebate will be delivered
with the fulfilled order.
